{"id":5979,"date":"2018-04-18T18:47:18","date_gmt":"2018-04-18T16:47:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/acmconcerts.com\/?p=5979"},"modified":"2018-04-18T22:31:21","modified_gmt":"2018-04-18T20:31:21","slug":"pacho-flores-new-recording-for-deutsche-grammophon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/acmconcerts.com\/en\/pacho-flores-new-recording-for-deutsche-grammophon\/","title":{"rendered":"Pacho Flores, new recording for Deutsche Grammophon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After his concert in France wit the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.orchestre-cannes.com\/classic-a-juan-pionnier-flores\/\">Orchestre de Cannes<\/a>\u00a0on next April the 21st at the Congress Hall of Antibes Juan-les-Pins under the baton of Benjamin Pionnier and with some of his classics like\u00a0<em>Concerto para corno de Caccia<\/em>\u00a0by Neruda, <em>Aria from the Bachiana Brasileira n\u00ba 5<\/em>\u00a0by Villalobos, <i>Gypsy Airs<\/i>\u00a0by Sarasate and <i>Winter in Buenos Aires<\/i>\u00a0by Piazzolla,\u00a0<a href=\"\/?page_id=974\">Pacho Flores<\/a>\u00a0will record his third release for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deutschegrammophon.com\/de\/artist\/flores\/\">Deutsche Grammophon<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1080\" height=\"810\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/YyUFiM3w1w0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Between April the 30th and May the 3rd, Flores will lock himself together with the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.noso.no\/en\/\">Arctic Philharmonic Orchestra<\/a>\u00a0and conductor\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tarrodi.se\/cl\/index.asp?show=5\">Christian Lindberg<\/a>\u00a0at the Stormen Concert Hall of Bodo, Norway, to record some outstanding trumpet concertos of the repertoire, together with one of the most interesting trumpet concerto of the modern times and some of Pacho Flores&#8217;s specialties (we will give more detailed information soon). Part of this repertoire will be played during an European Tour in November that will take place in venues like Bodo and Tromso Concert Halls, home venues of the Arctic Philharmonic; Amsterdam Concertgebouw, Salzburg Festspielhaus and, in Spain, the Auditorio Pr\u00edncipe Felipe in Oviedo, Palau de la M\u00fasica in Valencia and ADDA &#8211; Auditorio de la Diputaci\u00f3n in Alicante.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4387 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/acmconcerts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Deutsche_Grammophon.svg_-1024x588.png\" alt=\"deutsche_grammophon_yelolow_label\" width=\"1024\" height=\"588\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pacho Flores, commissions and premieres<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pacho Flores is also developing an ambitious project of shared commission to prominent composers as Arturo M\u00e1rquez, Roberto Sierra, Paquito D&#8217;Rivera, Efra\u00edn Oscher and Christian Lindberg, whose premieres will take place all along the world during the next four seasons. First of the commissions, to Arturo M\u00e1rquez, will be premiered in M\u00e9xico, USA, Japan and Spain along the 18\/19 season.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5712 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/acmconcerts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/pacho_flores_rfg_cantos_tocando_blanco-y-negro-800x533.jpg\" alt=\"pacho_flores_rfg_cantos_tocando_blancoy negro\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/acmconcerts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/pacho_flores_rfg_cantos_tocando_blanco-y-negro-800x533.jpg 800w, https:\/\/acmconcerts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/pacho_flores_rfg_cantos_tocando_blanco-y-negro-1080x720.jpg 1080w, https:\/\/acmconcerts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/pacho_flores_rfg_cantos_tocando_blanco-y-negro-20x13.jpg 20w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Besides this project of commissions Pacho Flores will also play the absolute premieres of other works by composers as Daniel Freiberg, Arturo Sandoval, Christian Lindberg and Efra\u00edn Oscher, in places like the Nederlands, Argentina, Spain and Germany, respectively, that add to other recent premieres as\u00a0<em>Cantos y Revueltas<\/em>, by Pacho Flores himself, with the Real Filharmon\u00eda de Galicia and\u00a0<a href=\"\/?page_id=771\">Manuel Hern\u00e1ndez-Silva<\/a>\u00a0on past January;
