The program includes as well some of Flores&#8217; warhorses as the\u00a0<em>Concerto for Corno da Caccia<\/em>\u00a0by J. B. G. Neruda, <em>Soledad<\/em>, by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/efrainoscher.wixsite.com\/efrainoscher\/compositor\">Efra\u00edn Oscher<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0<em>Invierno Porte\u00f1o<\/em> (Winter in Buenos Aires)\u00a0by Piazzolla, arranged by Oscher. This will be the third Flores&#8217; absolute premiere in 2018, after his own\u00a0<a href=\"\/?p=5567\"><em>Cantos y Revueltas<\/em><\/a>\u00a0with the Real Filharmon\u00eda de Galicia and conductor\u00a0<a href=\"\/?page_id=209\">Manuel Hern\u00e1ndez-Silva<\/a>\u00a0in January and the\u00a0<a href=\"\/?p=5664\">Trumpet Concerto by Giancarlo Castro<\/a>\u00a0with the Ulster Orchestra and conductor Rafael Payare in February.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1080\" height=\"810\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/M1pFUoA6G5g?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But the actually intense plan of premieres will begin with the 2018\/19 season when the big project of shared commission will start.\u00a0Determined to expand the range of trumpet repertoire, Pacho Flores is developing an ambitious project of commissions to prominent composers such <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Arturo_M%C3%A1rquez\">Arturo M\u00e1rquez<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.robertosierra.com\/\">Roberto Sierra<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/paquitodrivera.com\/\">Paquito D&#8217;Rivera<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/efrainoscher.wixsite.com\/efrainoscher\/compositor\">Efra\u00edn Oscher<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tarrodi.se\/cl\/\">Christian Lindberg<\/a>. This is a four seasons long plan with orchestras from all over the world. First complete commission is to Arturo M\u00e1rquez, and the scheduled premieres will be in Mexico (September 2018), USA (January 2019), Japan (May 2019) and Spain (August de 2019).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3807\" src=\"http:\/\/acmconcerts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/pacho_flores_sonrisa_logo.jpg\" alt=\"Pacho Flores Deutsche_Grammophon\" width=\"950\" height=\"488\" srcset=\"https:\/\/acmconcerts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/pacho_flores_sonrisa_logo.jpg 950w, https:\/\/acmconcerts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/pacho_flores_sonrisa_logo-800x411.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 950px) 100vw, 950px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The other commissions are going forward with orchestras already committed in Spain, Mexico and USA again, as well as in Brazil and Puerto Rico. This project will have its culmination with two recordings for Flores&#8217; label, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deutschegrammophon.com\/es\/artist\/flores\/\">Deutsche Grammophon<\/a>, including all the new commissioned works. On next April Pacho Flores will record his third CD for the yellow label with Arctic Philharmonic Orchestra and its Music Director Christian Lindberg, including the famous Haydn and Arutunian concertos, Christian Lindberg&#8217;s <em>Akban Bunka<\/em>, and arrangements of works by Pablo Sarasate, Astor Piazzolla and Antonio Carlos Jobim.
